I've tried replacing the screens in many other devices but to no avail. I can't say that this set was very easy, but not bad at all. You need patience and a good hour to get it right. It took me longer than most because my screen was completely shattered, meaning it came out in smaller pieces rather than one. Quick Tip: Feel free to use heat and a blow dryer. The more time you spend heating up, the less time you'll spend using cracking tools. Even with a broken screen, a metal tool works better than a plastic tool. I would buy again, very satisfied. Edit - August 2020 screen still works like new! Edit September 2020 - I received another broken iPad Air and ordered this kit. It was even easier the second time around when the screen wasn't completely broken. This time the screen wouldn't turn on when I plugged everything in. So test it before you seal it again! After a brief heart attack, I performed a hard reset by holding the power and home buttons for ten seconds. I've never been happier seeing a fruit on a screen. The price doesn't bite them, and additional tools and parts come in very handy. Don't worry about kits that don't have a home button. Just understand.
