That it's easy enough that I can use in my own environment without having someone else do all work behind-the scenes - so if you are looking at using this software or service then be sure there is good communication between yourself as an individual user AND your business manager/accountant who will need access too! It would also help them understand how they should input information into their system etc but not just relying solely upon me doing everything myself which has been one issue we have experienced with other services previously (eg Xero). The tool itself seems nice however sometimes when working through things such us invoices where some fields may require more than 1 line item eg invoice number + date created = total cost per month / year; instead what happens now after being notified by our accountant about something like 'The VAT field doesn't show up' means nothing until she tells her boss & he decides whether its important info worth adding back onto another form?
