I bake a lot and love these silicone molds! I made cupcakes and used an ice cream scoop to measure the batter in each cup. Place each cup in a muffin tin and bake according to recipe directions. I didn't expect perfection but that's what I got. Beautiful muffins, perfectly shaped, perfectly baked. The best part? Easy to pop out and clean. There were only a few crumbs in each cup. Place the cups in a saucepan of warm, soapy water for a few minutes, then rinse each cup thoroughly. So easy. Paper baking pans no longer fold and fold as I fill each pan and end up with an oddly shaped cupcake or muffin. I ordered 2 sets of 24 cups to fit my 24 cup casserole dish that goes in my oven. Paper baking cups no longer run out. Happy baker!
