Great platform for improving CS and CX

The tool has helped us improve customer service across multiple channels (web chat, email). It's easy enough that anyone can use it without needing any training or support from an experienced user. I wish there were more templates available so that less customization was needed when building out new campaigns/channels. Also would be nice if you could import your own CSV files instead of having to create them yourself each time. Customer Service Manager at Siegel & Gale - helping drive engagement with customers through social media platforms like Facebook Messenger Chatbot integration.
