Review on Kiritsuke Unique Stablized Damascus Japanese by Chuck Wooten
Very nice knife
This is a beautiful knife, it came pretty quickly and everything seems fine. This is a Chinese made Kiritsuke and even if they say it is a VG10 knife it is most likely not entirely correct as China does not use Japanese VG10 this knife must be made from 10Cr15CoMoV which is the Chinese equivalent of VG10 with a hardness of 60-62 HRC. The spine and blade are rounded and won't cut you, the profile might not be as good as a Japanese knife as it's more rounded, but if you're looking for a knife that looks like it then this might be it.
