Review on ORZ by Brian Rivera

I recently bought some gardening tools from ORZ's online shop, and it was a total failure. First of all, their website is poorly designed and challenging to browse. When I did eventually find what I was looking for, the product descriptions were ambiguous and short. I did not receive any updates on the status of my order for days after I submitted it. One of the items I had ordered was absent when I eventually got my package. I made numerous attempts to get in touch with their customer support by phone and email but was never successful. The products I did receive were of exceedingly low quality, which only made the situation worse. The farming equipment was flimsy and broke down after just a few uses. The containers and planters were of poor quality and did not resemble the images that were on the website. Overall, I had a terrible time shopping at ORZ's web store. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything from them, and I won't ever do my purchasing there again.
