This is a very nice plastic license plate frame with Reflector. The casting quality is superb for both the chromed outer frame and the translucent red reflector area. It's only slightly larger than a standard number plate, making it suitable for most vehicles. The mounting tabs are small and flimsy, so care must be taken when assembling the frame. I added (4) 3/8" stainless steel washers under the mounting bolts to distribute bolt pressure over a larger area of the mounting tabs. Do not overtighten the screws. This is the third one I've bought and they all worked fine. Two of these are still on two of our cars but the first (bought in 2010 and used for 7 years) was discontinued because it looked a bit boring. The reflectivity of this frame is actually very high and definitely adds some extra visibility. any vehicle while driving at night.
