Review on Iceberg RevOps by John Holliday

The platform was easy enough for anyone at our organization who had some previous knowledge of software like this (we used it all day every workday). I think more communication/training would be helpful; even if you have zero prior admin or configuration skills using iceberg can still go very well without tons hours put into training sessions! We're able help scale up from manual data capture processes within weeks as opposed taking years before an offshoring solution takes over entirely just by putting people together around what they love best - configuring &ampnbspadminning systems / platforms through automation. I like how easy it was for my team members (some of whom were new) learn this tool very quickly! The platform offers so many different ways you can organize your data which makes getting started extremely quick as well!! There are some quirks here or there - but nothing major at all from what i've seen thus far. It's not cheap compared other platforms out ther though they do offer great support if needed/wanted. !
