For two years, I listened to music on the headphones almost every day with no issues; while traveling, both the case and the headphones sat down; and when I returned home, I had to charge them using the 65W of power from my Chinese laptop. It became apparent after some time that there was a problem with the case, as it discharged very rapidly and charged the headphones unevenly; one set of headphones sat down considerably more quickly than the other. After posting my issue on the RHA website's support page, a representative contacted me within a few hours to request proof of purchase, the headphones' and carrying case's serial numbers, and an image of the latter. The next day after the data transfer, she emailed me asking for my address so that she might obtain a fresh pair of TrueConnect from the Glasgow headquarters. Really pleased with the buy overall. A smooth connection to devices (like AirPods on IOS) is important to some individuals, and I wouldn't recommend this because of how aggravating some of the dumb features are. You won't find anything with greater sound quality, service, or durability, so I urge you to buy the remainder of them at their current prices.
