Very good phone. Very easy setup, easy to set up speed dials. The phone's speaker is average, not "excellent" and not even "polycom". However, people on the other hand claim that they hear me better on this phone than on a Polycom phone when I'm speaking speakerphone. I like to use only the speakerphone, which frees my hands and allows me to use the computer while talking to clients. It's a good phone, but I wish there were more softkey programming options, which seems a bit limited here. Out of all the phones, this one is my favorite at the moment; the price is also much cheaper than Cisco and Polycom phones.
