Replaces the fan of friend's sons PS4 CUH-1001A. Apparently the old fan smoked too many cigarettes. But that's another conversation. The new fan fits perfectly and works fine, at least for now. The only complaint is administrative in nature, which most people shouldn't worry about and certainly shouldn't bother anyone reading this review. The description clearly states that this replacement fan is for PS4 CUH-1001A CUH-11XX CUH-1000 CUH-1000AB01 CUH-1000AB02 1115A 1115B and also NOT for CUH-1200 series. Apparently the description is correct in my experience. A minor complaint relates to the label on the plain brown box that the replacement fan came in, which seemed to indicate that the contents were intended for the CUH-1200. This caused me a lot of needless worry while following the PS4 disassembly steps to see if the correct fan had been sent to me. It just seems to me that someone was too incompetent to ensure the box had the correct label. So if you buy that replacement fan and receive it with a label saying you received the wrong fan, don't despair until you're sure.
