Good sturdy frying pan. It is written that it is made in China, which is not surprising. At least it's painted black and has a drain plug. It fitted well in my 2008 Chevy Silverado 4L60-E transmission. This is a deep pot model. I went ahead and bought all new screws and gaskets. Fits well and seals well. Tighten the bolts to 97 in-lbs (or) 8 ft-lbs in a criss-cross pattern. Don't over tighten them or they may start leaking.
