I used to box in my head
The shoe has excellent traction like a boxing shoe but tends to chafe on the Achilles tendon due to its low height. But otherwise they are very light and have proven to be very comfortable. However, I would recommend them for the speed.

- My daughter loves shoes. They are light and look good. Comfortable.
Cons
- My grandson only used them for a few workouts and a competition and the bottom came off!!! More than disappointed!
