Very innovative microphone!

I love seeing new product innovations and this microphone has a lot to offer. mute function. There is a small sensor on top of the microphone. Just wave your hand over the microphone and it turns off. Move it again to turn on the sound. There's even a setting on the back of the mic to adjust the sensitivity of this sensor so you don't have to accidentally mute a lot. Of course, you can just press the volume button on the base to mute the mic in a more traditional way. I like that there is a pop filter built into the microphone grille. So no external pop filters are needed. The small screen on the front of the microphone is a nice touch. When used, it will light up with the word "LIVE". This microphone has 3 different polar patterns built in, which you can select using the dial on the bottom of the microphone. First, it's stereo, which simply picks up sound in a broad pattern. Then there's the kidney, which most people will probably use. This is a more directional pattern, so your voice is only picked up in front of the microphone. The third is what they call Whisper. This really increases the sensitivity of the microphone, allowing it to pick up your voice when you're speaking at a much lower volume, e.g. B. when it's late at night and you don't want to wake anyone in the house from yelling at your game. The RGB lighting on the front of the microphone changes depending on the recording pattern selected. They have the gain control at the base, which is a slider, which I really like. The sound quality is pretty good for a USB microphone. . It's certainly as good as other USB mics in this price range, and I can even say it rivals mics twice the price. Keep in mind that by using USB and taking advantage of all the unique features placed at your disposal compared to a more traditional XLR microphone that plugs into a USB interface and then into your computer sacrifice sound quality. very happy with this microphone. There are not many products on the market with such unique properties.
