When they see me plowing at night.

advantages, bright light, easy installation. Cons, no gaskets on the outer headlights and no silicone at the cable entry points to the headlights on each side, making it easy for water to enter the headlights. So I just made my own and used clear silicone. Otherwise excellent work lights for plowing.
