This massager comes well packaged in a full color retail box with carry handle, easy to unwrap and ready to use. It comes with a flat head which I like which is good because to change heads you have to unwind the ring with the mesh on top and it's very hard to take it off and now I can't put it back on. So I decided to just use it without the ring, which looks fun but still works. It feels great wherever you use it. The cord is a little short in my opinion, but the handle and grip are comfortable.
