This is perfect for my needs, now that I no longer require a hard brace. My only quibble is that they don't offer it in black - which seems like the color most folks would want for versatility. I'll probably end up buying a black from another vendor - but sure wish this terrific one came in a color that would work with whatever I'm wearing since I need to wear everyday.Re. size - it's true what other reviewers say: it runs small. I'm a petite women with a narrow neck and I found the medium perfect - the velcro on the back allows it to be very adjustable.
