I mainly use them for work which I always take off and put back on my readers. Before that, I took off my glasses and put them on. This type of putting on and taking off inevitably means that I lose my glasses or leave them behind. These glasses fixed that as they are always on my neck. The frame locking feature makes it very easy to lower the glasses to see objects in the distance and quickly put them back on to see work up close. The only thing that bothered me was the lengthening/lengthening of the arms. It felt ridiculously tight, causing you to pull/extend your arms too far or shorten them greatly due to the force required to adjust. It took some effort on the swing to get the exact length I wanted for the best fit. Also, I really like these readers. Very convenient.
