A valuable purchase, some advantages!
The most frequently used knives still cut effectively after 8 months of use without sharpening or even editing. Of course, they are not quite as sharp as they were at first. You can see that I don't cook frequently. I am happy with my purchase, and I tell everyone that they are worthwhile. I'll soon have a professional sharpen them, or I'll use a decent water stone, and they'll be like new.)
- Sharp, excellent, retains sharpening reasonably well, and reasonable pricing.
- In order to get to the bottom, the design of this line is too similar to that of subpar inexpensive knives. Everything is booming in general.
