Review on ๐Ÿ”ธ ProStretch Addaday Pro Roller Massage Stick: The Ultimate Solution for Deep Tissue Therapy and Trigger Point Relief by Lori Sanders

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My sister tried to steal it from me.

Works well on hard to reach and large muscles. Well I've also used it on my forearms - it worked great. My sister used it for her sore calf muscle - didn't think I'd get it back. Different sized scooters are a good idea, but I haven't quite figured out how to use them properly. Basically, I keep rolling until I find the right ball and it hits the knot exactly as it hurts. I use different things for sore muscles - lacrosse balls, another Addaday roller massager, foam and a massage stick. Each serves a different purpose. You decide what your needs are. If you really like the intensity of a lacrosse ball, well, not really. Or it's not for me. But I was able to work out the knots that were in places the ball couldn't reach. I definitely recommend this, especially if you exercise a lot.

Pros
  • THERAPY OF MUSCLE TENSION. The uniquely designed 3D gears of this massage stick penetrate the muscles more effectively than traditional flat rollers. The Pro Roller is designed for deep muscle massage, not just superficial massage.
Cons
  • Something different
