Really good product albeit expensive. Smells good, cleans better than most shampoos I've tried. The shampoo leaves the hair feeling matted but after rinsing it feels great and manages well without heavy build up. The bottles were wet from the shampoo that had collected in the bubble wrap. Lost about 2T. The caps didn't seem to be loose so I think the shampoo was pushed out of the bottle due to improper packaging. I will not be returning it even though I didn't want to lose a single drop of this expensive product.
