This screen protector felt solid and was easy to apply with one exception. There's a separate area for the fingerprint scanner, covered with some sort of adhesive. Written directions were in broken English so it wasn't clear how to prepare the place for fingerprints. After following the instructions, as far as I understood, there was a circle on the screen whether it was on or off. It is necessary to reprogram the fingerprint reader with the protection installed. The phone struggled to capture my fingerprints and once it did, the fingerprint reader unlocked my phone in a very inconsistent way. This might be more of an issue with Samsung's technology than the protection itself. But considering how much I paid for the phone, I expect the fingerprint reader to work and not a big ugly circle on my screen all the time Has.
