Review on Rain X 5080217 Windshield Treatment Fluid_Ounces by Viterbo Dashora

Surprisingly good things. I just bought a used BMW X5 that blinded me badly when I turned on the wipers at night in the rain. It was as if the water were sticking to the windshield and preventing the supposedly new windshield wipers from doing their job. It was pretty annoying and dangerous. Long story short, after treating section after section of the windshield with good ol' elbow grease, residue, stuck juice or whatever the heck caused the dangerous shine was gone! There were a few places that required a second place, but it didn't make much of a difference. I wiped the various areas with a fairly damp microfiber cloth, rinsed and then wiped again until the product was gone. This provided an excellent opportunity to see where else the remains were located. The water did not collect in drops, so it was an even light film of water. Whenever I saw shapes or the water was uneven, I knew this place needed more help. X Glass treatment in a spray bottle, apply 2 coats with a clean paper towel. The results after the procedure are excellent! Of course, this will not remove scratches or small chips on the windscreen, but it will definitely make the wipers work like new again. There are other bad reviews here, but I really think they had very different circumstances, didn't invest in the work (no, it's not just some miracle product that needs a rub and wipe) or had unrealistic expectations. It works as advertised! Just don't be afraid to stretch your arm a little or take breaks. If you do it right, it doesn't need to be repeated often. FYI I haven't tried this product on clear plastic yet but if I do I'll let you know!
