Got a Time-Sert 14x1.25 to replace a blown spark plug in a Toyota Tundra 4.7L V8. The spigot is long, so a long enough screwdriver is included to reach it. Although I had to use a paper towel stuffed into the driver to hold it on top of the cut and paste tools. The system uses an original beveled cutting edge guided by a tap to deepen the top of the plug threads and allow the insert to sit flush. The key to installing the insert without damaging the engine/piston/rings is to set the repaired cylinder at bottom dead center with the valves closed. I used compressed air, parts cleaner and a long screwdriver to clean and blow through all the aluminum before starting the engine with the spark plug and coil removed and revving it briefly. The only caveat is that you can damage the engine if you install the insert without removing the cylinder head.
