Ordered navy blue a size 3X (probably could have taken 2X) for 5ft 4in and 230lbs. Suitable for a range of events and definitely cruising, especially with a bright orange open shantung tunic/jacket and pearl necklace. A long vintage Austrian crystal chain would work well. To give it a different, more subtle look, I will also gather the front of the skirt and secure it with a glitter pin. on the left front; it looks so great It can also be paired with flowy chiffon tassel rouana by bcbgmaxazria for a long, sleek and different look. Dress falls beautifully, very comfortable, doesn't look like it will wrinkle at all, warm (ideal for heavily air-conditioned rooms). I will be wearing it with 1 inch sandals which will lift it out of a nearby puddle on the floor. He has a nice neck shape. I think he needs accessories that stand out well against a very dark blue background. I'm over 70; There's nothing matronly about that dress. It would look good on most women. You can have fun using it for your style; I like it. UPDATE: I raised the hem a bit so I can walk better and the dress doesn't fall to the floor even if I'm wearing fairly low heels. Looks better, just a little shorter.
