Invenia is really helpful resource especially during these days where most people aren’t co-located
The interface with the platform can be confusing at first but once you get used it helps organize all your information in one place so its easier to navigate through. I like that they have different levels depending on how much time someone spends using their service which makes sense given our busy work life nowadays. Sometimes when we want an update or clarification sometimes there isn't anyone available online (even if thats not true) because everyone seems too far away from home working remotely. Also having access to the entire team who uses this tool daily will help us solve any issues faster than waiting weeks between updates and questions about a certain feature etc.. We use invenia mostly as a way for recruiters to keep track of resumes/CV submissions from applicants. At times, some jobs are very specific so being able to see what other roles use similar terms would come handy.
