The price of this service was very attractive for us as we needed it to keep our domains going while working in the Philippines. It has been easy so far to use! We've had no problems at all using regtek's customer support - they have always responded quickly when I send them questions or concerns regarding my account details. Their email notifications are helpful also because if there were any issues that arose during business hours their staff would be able to take care of those immediately before or after office hours. So far everything seems great but again that could change from time-to-time depending upon how busy their servers get. This product allows me not only to register new names for myself and clients but helps manage renewals too which makes life easier than having to do all these things manually (and paying more).
