Ease of use, simple to navigate through, easy to understand how things work overall. It is very user friendly for anyone that has no previous experience with scheduling software but it also works well if you have some prior knowledge or experience in this area as there are many tools available to help users who may be new to this type of program. I would like more ways to customize what types of reports we can generate from our schedule. We currently do not have any way to produce reports within schedules nor does it allow us to export data into csv files so that we could import them into another system (like Excel) for further analysis. Also, having multiple templates to choose from when creating an event makes it easier to know which one best fits your needs at all times.
