I have had many problems with dropping the back of all types of earrings and this is why I lose my earrings. I decided to try these backs for LuxLock earrings. I received 2 pairs of sterling silver and an additional pair of LuxLock earring backs with sterling silver discs. They really work and are easy to install or remove. So now I only use them for all my rivets. Problem solved.
