Excellent hair quality! But as someone said, the ponytail wasn't exactly 18 inches! But with my flat iron on a very low setting, I ran through it a few times, forcing the curls to loosen a bit and they stretched out to mid-back on my back. Then I wet my fingers a little and drove them and everything was perfect. I then brushed it with a wire brush and it really filled it up. I don't think I got my money's worth for it. It might be a $25-30 ponytail, but definitely not $50! Update: I finally get to wear this ponytail and I love it! I still wish it was a little less than $50! But the tail is perfect. After straightening and tying my hair and putting it in a ponytail the next day, everything was perfect. I would advise others to buy just because of the hair quality. I would probably buy again if this one got tangled or messed up.
