Review on Prepac Freestanding Full/Queen Bookcase Headboard, 65.75"W X 11"H, Black by Sam Thorpe

I have been looking for a headboard for a while and had even thought of building one. The price of lumber I would need far exceeded the cost of this item. Thus to say. I love this headboard! The color matches my new flooring perfectly! Putting it together took me 1 1/2 hours. I put it together by myself which wasn't a hard task. It would have be MUCH easier had the parts been labeled. It took a little more time to look at the diagrams and make sure I was using the correct piece and attaching it to the correct piece. There are no marks for attaching a bed frame so you will have to mark & drill the headboard. I haven't done that yet. It was a little hard to put the backing piece on, I needed a couple more hands and it would've been a snap. I got it in place and used painter's tape to hold it & then I was able to hammer the nails.I'm so happy with this headboard! The only negative is the parts are not labeled. Had there been labeling assembly would've been 5 stars.If you are looking for an inexpensive, easy to assemble & attractive piece, this is the one.
