A problem! At first I thought the problem was with the Hikari LED headlights because the driver's side headlight went out after a week of installation. So a replacement was ordered and installed and everything was fine as the daytime running lights were on. But that same night, the spotlight immediately went out. I checked the fuse, it blew, I replaced it. the headlight is still off. So I asked my mechanic to fix the now suspected electrical issue. Checked the computer to see if there were any error codes and it only showed that there was a power surge in the left front headlight. Reset the code. I swapped the LED again and the fuse blew immediately, now we know there's a short and suspect a lightbulb. All along the right side worked as expected. So the process of removing components and testing began. Directly connected LED works fine, this adapter turned out to be the culprit! So, after hours of my wasted time and over $100 troubleshooting it, I went to my mechanic. I am very disappointed that I wasted my time and money on these adapters which don't even seem needed.
