We have been able to use Ensur's products for almost 10 years now across multiple locations in both IT and non IT roles. The user interface is very intuitive, making training easy. There are many functions that we don't utilize as they're not relevant to us but it would be nice if there were some more advanced analytics available which could help with reporting or predictive analysis of data trends. Their support team do go above and beyond in terms of helping you get everything setup correctly and answer any questions/concerns you might have. Ensure you are using the latest versions - this will improve performance significantly! We've used their Incident Management product primarily. It has enabled us to track incidents from creation through resolution, allowing us to provide better incident response timeframes and reduce customer complaints due to long wait times for engineers during outages.
