I really like that you can track your data through the entire process of researching. It's easy to navigate and you can see exactly how many people are participating in each stage of the research. A lot of our research is done with surveys so this feature is great for tracking responses. There isn't anything that I dislike about the software. It is a great way to keep up with the progress of your research. We use it for both quantitative and qualitative research which works well with the flexibility of the platform.
