Works great on sch80 3 " pipe
Used to drill 4 holes in 3" black grade 80 seamless steel pipe. I learned this by working as a sprinkler installer for 10 years and drilling hundreds of these holes in the pipe. This hole saw went through the sch80 with no sweat and definitely faster than if I had used a regular hole saw.
