Doesn't stand the test of time

I had the bag for a week, at first it worked perfectly. The child played with it only one day, and the next week the bag is already turning and not returning to normal. I read other reviews complaining about the quality but given the good reviews I wanted to take a chance. However, the quality of the bag does not withstand any load, it does not last even a week. Edit: The company sent me a new bag and it works fine. I think maybe the first bag was just defective. It's been over a week and the bag is still fine.
