I was nervous because the reviews said 3 hours of assembly, but thank god I overheard 1 person saying 30 minutes. I didn't even think it took 30 minutes, 20 at most. That looks great. I didn't mount mine on the wall because I don't know where it will stay permanently, but it's really good, love it! The assembly was not difficult, I broke off a small piece and I will tell you how to avoid this problem. Hold the diagonal shelves while assembling and finger tighten all of the screws for this step before fully tightening. Make sure it is fully held in place. If you don't, you run the risk of misaligning all the holes and cracking the shelf. Breaking open the shelf, I removed the screw and did what I suggest. After that it was easy to assemble everything else. I have 30 books on the shelves and I can easily fit 10 more. I'm thinking of buying another one and putting it on the sides of the floating TV cabinet in my living room. I will update my photo when I do. Enjoy
