Big Breakthrough for Computer Components

I thought I could use both as a terminal server, but I can't use it for that (that's a limitation of the Pi, not this product). However, it's a great way to connect other devices to it and I haven't had any issues with it. The use of RJ45 connectors and solid core cables greatly simplifies the breakout.

Pros

Each RJ45 port is connected to power and ground. Each RJ45 can independently choose between Raspberry Pi 5V/3.3V or the blue terminal strip to power external devices. Pin 4 5 of all RJ45 ports is connected to power supply (VCC, V+) and pin 7 8 is connected to GND (0V).
