I can't believe I didn't fix the rear powerslider sooner. OEM part and perfect fit. Installation wasn't difficult at all. Took about 1.5 hours but could have been a lot quicker if I knew what I was doing. A few installation notes. Remove the entire back seat. Thoroughly clean the window guide at the top and bottom. Before installing the cable, apply dry lubricant to all guides and rubber seals so that the window moves easily enough. The seat belt center bracket must be pulled forward so that the cable is behind it. Don't bend it, just pull far enough to climb over it. Much luck.
