I am using this item due to the current health crisis in the country. I am not sick and there is no one in my house. Common sense tells me that everyone should monitor their oxygen saturation to know what is normal for you. So once a day I check everyone in the house for oxygen saturation. That will tell me if something is going to happen because if I fall I can tell right away if my lungs are damaged. Knowing your normal oxygen levels and temperature can save your life.
