The description says it comes with a carrying case. Where's the suitcase? A serious case of false advertising. The product was indeed packaged in an incredibly poorly constructed wooden crate, if you want to call it that. The box was destroyed by either the warehouse or UPS personnel, I don't know who, possibly both. It showed up at my house, the box was broken open, the inner dividers ripped out, and it looked like the port power supplies had just been thrown into the box. Maybe they gave it to the gorilla to play with. If the product had been in the carry case as advertised, the Porta Power probably wouldn't have arrived in such a lousy condition. On the other hand, the product itself looks pretty decent. Unfortunately for people like me who need to take it to work to use on my work truck, it is NOT portable without a case. I guess I'll just have to file a complaint with the Attorney General or hire an attorney. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
