Couldn't use the unit until I replaced the hydraulic hose coupler on the jack. After I bought a replacement fitting and installed it, everything worked as expected.

Would not recommend to anyone. The packaging was damaged upon delivery and the metal case was damaged. The instruments didn't fit together properly. Just generally bad quality.

It is so easy to use that even someone who knows little about cars can drive it. I was blown away by the price because the quality is great. One thing guys you're going to love it, it's made out of very thick material so this 100 lb woman had to carry it around.

This item is difficult to use. The box was damaged, one of the parts was bent, which made it difficult to use. The system must be bled to function properly. I wanted to send it back but my husband said it would be too expensive to send it back. This is not the seller's fault but the carrier's fault.

Various cast iron heads. A cast iron head broke on first use. The heads must be made of high-strength steel. The display reads "10 tons". However, there is a warning sticker on the spreader that says 1000 lbs. Border. The quick connect/disconnect hose fitting is leaking. It might be ok to work on wheelbarrows or little red vans.

I actually used this kit to remove the body lift kit from my truck. It fitted great in tight spots and gave me the lift/support I needed to take the kit off and get the bushings back. The only reason the rating is 4 stars is because the box was damaged when it arrived and I thought it was damaged when I opened it.

The product was indeed packaged in an incredibly poorly constructed wooden crate, if you want to call it that. The box was destroyed by either the warehouse or UPS personnel, I don't know who, possibly both.
