Big disappointment!

bike came with cracked protection, missing screws for training wheels, the tool provided did not match the screws, step 6 is missing from the instructions and is very difficult to follow, the brakes do not work. Contacted the seller but no response. Although it was a mess it went under our tree for our 3 year old who wasn't asking much for Christmas but wanted Captain America's bike! We need to take him to a bike shop to see if anything can be done to save him.
