Review on BOLOSTA by Robert Ducki

My time spent in BOLOSTA's online store was not satisfying. They advertised stylish and high-quality travel essentials, but I was disappointed by what I received. The clothing and boots were ill-fitting and poorly constructed, with seams that quickly came apart. The jewelry was poorly made and quickly became tarnished; similarly, the bags and travel accessories were poorly constructed and frequently were damaged during transport. I had a horrible encounter with their customer care department to top it all off. I attempted to return a defective product, but was faced with incompetent and nasty customer support agents who prolonged the process and added unnecessary hassle. As a whole, BOLOSTA's web store is not one I'd advise patronizing. The quality of their goods is low, and so is the standard of their customer service. Don't go through the hassle; get what you need for your trip elsewhere.
