Based on the reviews, I went down a size to medium. Overall, I'm glad I did. The arms feel a tiny bit on the snugger side, but I don't think I would have liked the bigger fit of a large. The rest of it is still plenty loose. It's comfortable and somewhat like a t-shirt material. It's great for cool, but not cold days. I stay cold indoors with summer air conditioning going, so it's also great for hot days, too, if you're like me. It does curl and wrinkle at the bottom, so it has to be ironed. Taking it immediately out of the dryer might help, but I'm not the best at that. I love that there are so many color options, too.
