The quality is good, it is a single piece of leather. The paint is good and durable. It appears to be stamped and not handcrafted, but that's to be expected. The buckle is cheap but I planned my own buckle so no star deduction. The fit was smaller than expected, so I'm deducting a star. I changed and am happy with the size. Customer service did not contact me, but I received a replacement in a timely manner.
