Edit: I came back 3 more years later. My chair looked cracked and faded again after 3 years. (He is 13 years old and is in a room with a large picture window.) The product has worked just as well as it did in 2016. I've noticed that some buyers have reported color issues. I followed the directions on the box and never had this problem. It is important to wait 5 minutes and then polish the furniture with a clean, dry cloth. I also used it to restore some leather bar stools that were looking a little faded. Our dog scratched our skin and this balm took care of the scratch too. I only used half of a container to make a chair for two, 4 bar stools and a few scratches on our sectional sofa. I've added more photos. This product is amazing! I have tried various cleaners and leather conditioners to fix my faded and cracked leather two seater chair but nothing worked. I was willing to just donate it to charity but decided to make one last attempt to fix it. I'm so glad I found this strengthening balm!
