Pretty loud! A couple of issues, one most likely related to my hardware, the other a manufacturing difference I didn't notice. The first problem was strange work. The beep was quick and cheerful. I connected the device directly to a 12V power supply and it worked great. This happened on two vehicles with aftermarket bodies. I suspect the wiring in the bed is the problem. The second problem was land. Many of these beepers have a grounding plate that basically allows you to bolt the beeper to the vehicle and ground it. You don't have this plate and you need to run a special ground wire. No big deal, just be aware.
