When I first plugged this in I wasn't impressed and agreed with many reviews that the water pressure wasn't impressive. However, while browsing the reviews, I noticed that someone mentioned removing the o-ring on the shower head to increase the water pressure. It looks like they updated the design because mine is different and doesn't have an o-ring. However, there is a small pink detail that is located in the shower head connector. Use tweezers or pliers to pull this piece out - it should come out easily. Then reconnect as usual. This small modification increased the water pressure tenfold. I highly recommend this. This relatively inexpensive shower head has been rated 5 stars. I'm glad I made the purchase but maybe they should change their design so the box print is great as they say!
