I bought this after a friend told me it really helps reduce gray hair (she wore mine for 6 weeks before seeing results). After about two weeks of wearing it started to smell too metallic for me so I stopped wearing it as personally I can't stand metallic smell. After a breath, the smell disappeared. A friend of mine told me that an increasing copper smell and discoloration could be a sign it's working. Anyway, I try to keep it away from moisture as it enhances the metallic smell. I slept on my wrist recently and could barely move it when I woke up. I wore the wrist brace for about two days, but didn't like how bulky it was. I put on a copper bracelet today and I swear I could move my wrist with VERY MINIMAL pain! Before wearing it, my wrist hurt with every movement.
